Regarding the Procedures and Process for Entry into Japan
Through our extensive experience in student counseling, our school places great importance on supporting each individual student’s self-development and future goals from the moment they enroll.
Regarding the application procedure, Entry Procedures for Japan and Procedures After Arrival in Japan will be as follows
Entry Procedures for Japan
You must submit the application form to our school within the designated application period
Selection examinations will be conducted
The school will notify you of the results.
Application documents will be submitted to the Immigration Bureau for examination.
Upon completion of the Immigration Bureau’s examination, a Certificate of Eligibility will be granted
After confirming your tuition payment, we will mail the Letter of Admission and the Certificate of Eligibility to you
With the necessary documents, you will apply for and receive your visa at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate
Entry into Japan must be made within three months from the issuance date of the Certificate of Eligibility
Procedures After Arrival in Japan
Upon arrival at the airport, immigration officials will affix a landing permission seal to your passport and issue a Residence Card (for long-term course students)

The school will conduct an orientation session and a placement test
Support is also provided for completing resident registration, enrolling in National Health Insurance, opening a bank account, and other necessary procedures (for long-term course students)

Submission of Application Form and Required Documents
Please submit the following documents via postal mail, email, or by bringing them directly to the school
① Admission Application Form (Short-Term Students)
② Copy of the graduation certificate from your most recent educational institution
③ A copy of your passport
④ Two passport-size photos (3 cm × 4 cm)

The school will issue an “Admission Approval”
Tuition fees must be paid no later than one week prior to enrollment. Upon confirmation of payment, the Letter of Admission will be issued
